EXHIBITOR'S TERMS & CONDITIONS

Multicultural Fine Food Festival is produced and managed by B.K.Sethi Multicultural Marketing Consultant Ltd. hereafter referred as “Management”

​

Contract:

All Sales are Final. In addition to the terms and conditions, the contract shall include the tentative floor plan which may be changed or amended by management and the exhibitor will follow the rules as set out below.

​

Exhibit Space:

The cost for the space is in Canadian $ and is subject to an additional 13%HST. All booths 10 ft. x10 ft. (100 sq. ft.) include:

  • Standard 10 ft. x 10 ft. draped booth, back (8 ft.) and side (3 ft.)

  • Material handling from the loading dock to the booth and return

  • 3 complimentary exhibitors' badges per 10 ft. x 10 ft.

  • 2 complimentary entry passes per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth

  • 24-hour professional security

  • Exhibitor's name, product detail on e-letter and show website

  • Wash stations for cleaning dishes

  • For booth furnishing and booth design/rental exhibitor can contact GES Canada. 1-877-437-4247 or 905-283-0500 (optional)

  • Limited Refrigerated storage on sight will be made available for storing.

 

Show Dates and timing:
  • The exhibitors are allowed to occupy and use the contracted space for the period:  

  • Friday 16th… 11 am to 8 pm

  • Saturday 17th… 10 am to 8 pm

  • Sunday 18th… 10 am to 6 pm 

 

Move in and out:
  • Exhibitors will be allowed to enter the show floor and their designated booth one hour before and 1 hour after the show timing. While the move in/out:

  • Move in – Thursday June15th:12 pm – 7 pm or Friday June 16th: 8 am – 10 am

  • Move Out – Sunday June18th: 6pm – 11pm

Exhibit space booking and payment terms:

The exhibitor has read the term and conditions of the contract and accepts. The contract is binding once confirmed by the management and deposit received. The deposit is non refundable and payment in full is due as per the dates specified in the booking form. While keeping in consideration the space allocation choice of the exhibitor, the booth space allocation will be made by the management. The management also reserve the right to to refuse the rental space or to exhibit if in management opinion, the exhibitor is not following the rules of the booth rental and/or not compatible with the overall show character and theme of the show. The space booked after the due date must be paid in full to confirm the space.

Cancellation and termination of the agreement:
  • Under special circumstances, the exhibitor May cancel the contract, with the written consent of the management while all monies deposited to date will remain non-refundable in all circumstances.

Losses and damages:
  • Management shall not be liable for any losses, direct, indirect, circumstantial, General, consequential or otherwise to the exhibitor, its agent or employees or their customers.

Terms to Exhibit, showcase, sample and sell:
  • The exhibitor agrees that the space rental is for showcasing their products, sample (sample sizes only), and sell packaged only to take home. The exhibitor is not allowed to sample other than sample sizes, or sell any food to be consumed on sight. All sampling and handling of food will have to be strictly per health CANADA uses and regulations and must be followed while handling food preparation or sampling or

  • There will be no cooking allowed in the booth other than warming up the pre-prepared food for sampling.

  • Each Exhibitor must ensure at all times during the period of the exhibition, must have at their own cost, and maintain during the exhibition, an insurance policy covering all General risk, bodily harm, and death of material damage occurring in the rented space or derived from such areas. Exhibitor is responsible to comply with the labour and health regulations of the city, province and Canada. Exhibitors must be able to provide these if and when requested by management. These terms become part of the space rental agreement.

Security:
  • Management provides 24-hour professional security during the show and has taken reasonable steps to ensure safety and security to the exhibitors, but neither the management nor the International Conventions Centre is responsible for any loss or damages that occurred during storage, transit, handling or for whatever reason. 

​

Regulations:

Management reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement, design, floor plan or any schedule of the events. 

​

By signing the booth rental order form, Exhibitor is consenting and approving the terms and conditions of Exhibitors as outlined above.
